Setting Up Agency Staff!
The single most important thing to maximize the gains in new auto insurance sales and client retention that are possible from your Defensive Driver Solutions subscription is making sure all agency staff are setup inside your subscription admin account. Doing this accomplishes two key things:
1. It enrolls your staff to receive our super simple and fast automated training.
2. It enables you to setup staff to receive automated emails for course registrations and completions.

1. Go to Defensive Driver Solutions
2. Log into your Admin Account (click My Account in the site header)
3. Click “Staff List” in the left side menu
4. Click the yellow “Add New Staff” button
5. Enter the first name, last name, phone number and email address
6. Check the box if you want this person to receive our system generated emails whenever anyone registers for or completes the course at your agency course landing page including a link to download the certificate.
7. Click the yellow “Add Staff” button.
THATS IT! Please — Do this for each staff person in your agency!

When you arrive at the site, simply scroll down and click any of the RED buttons that say “Get Started Now” OR “Sign-Up Now”.
At the registration page simply input your information into the form, enter payment details in the payment fields, check the terms and conditions box and then click the Place Order button.
When your registration is complete you will be automatically logged into your account and redirected to your account dashboard. Simply click the blue My Course link in the center of the screen. Next click the name of the course when shown which will take you to a listing of course units. Just click the first course unit in the list.
Proceed through the course one page at a time. At the bottom of each page is a green button that says “Mark Unit Completed”. Click this to save your progress and then the “Next Unit” button will appear. Click that to advance to the next course unit.
