We live in an imperfect world seemingly full of internet gremlins and even massive corporations suffer technical issues from time to time. That said, your Defensive Driver Solutions subscription includes technical support that is extremely easy to access.

Course Student Technical Support

If any of your agency customers or prospects experiences any type of technical difficulty or simply is unsure about how to access and complete the course at your agency course landing page the first line of support is provided right on your course site!

YOUR Agency Course Site Support Page:   There are 2 distinct links on your agency course home page that when clicked take your clients to the Technical Support page on your site. The first link says “Tech Support” and is located in the black strip at the extreme top of your site header. The second link is in the right side of the site footer and says “Technical Support”.

The support page includes super simple solutions to the vast majority of issues that students encounter. About 95% of the support needs that course students encounter boil down to inexperience using the internet and registering for an online account.

The support page on your course site includes VIDEO instructions on how to solve common issues AND this page includes an extremely detailed full course registration and completion DEMO video.

PLEASE:  If you have an agency client who is having any issue registering for or taking the course at your agency course site the first thing to do is direct them to the Support page on your course site. THIS is the fastest way to get your customers going in the course.

When you contact us for student support please make sure to include:

– Student Email Address – this is most important*
– First and Last Name
– Phone Number
– Any details or description of the issue being experienced

*Our database systems use email address as the primary key field which means each course student has a unique email and thus we use email as the primary mean of looking up students. So it is important to send us the email address with any support request so we can locate the correct customer.
