Getting Started With Your DDS Account:

Your new account with Defensive Driver Solutions is ready to use now. To get started, all you need to do is share the link to your new agency branded defensive driver course site with your customers and prospects.

Quick and Easy Guide to Sharing Your Site Link:

1. Log into your DDS account: Go to Defensive Driver Solutions. Click My Account in the extreme top right of the header. Input your login ID and Password. Click “Log In”

2. Click the “Copy Link” button.  This button is to the right of your link display. This copies the exact, correct link to your computer’s clipboard so it can be pasted wherever you want.

3. Paste and send your link:  To paste your link into an email or document, place the cursor where you want the link then hold down the Ctrl  and the V key at the same time. You may also right click where you want the link and then choose paste from the list that pops-up. Complete the text of your email and click Send.

 

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Student must register using a unique email address. If they do not have their own email, they need to create one. (free and easy – links to Yahoo and Gmail account creation are on the registration page)

2. Students should input their first and last names as they appear on their drivers license and insurance documents. (no nicknames)

3. Incorrect student registrations will result in errors and a certificate of completion with the wrong student details.

4. Technical Support information for your course students is available on your course site at the top right of the header with the “Help” link or in the footer on the right side with the “Tech Support” link.
